DL E&C announced on the 15th that it held the 2nd completion ceremony of ‘Win-Win Management Course for Construction Industry’ for partner companies at the University Club of Chung-Ang University in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Korea.

‘Win-Win Management Course for Construction Industry’ is a customized educational support program for graduate school prepared by DL E&C for its partner companies for the first time in the industry. It conducts systematic education based on an educational cooperation agreement with Chung-Ang University.

The 2nd program in this year was participated by 20 CEOs of partner companies which were selected as DL E&C’s excellent partner companies out of Hansup Partners. They took educational programs aimed at enhancing the expertise of partner companies for a total of 15 weeks from September 07 to December 14, including construction safety, implementation and response strategy for the ‘Serious Accidents Punishment Act’, and management in the ESG era.

Jeong Hyun-Bong, the CEO of Gyeam, who participated in the program, expressed his thoughts, saying, “The high-quality educational opportunity was a great help in strengthening our construction management capabilities. In particular, it was a time of second thought about ESG management, which is increasingly becoming important.”

DL E&C operates the industry’s highest-level win-win growth program for partner companies, including ‘Win-Win Management Course for Construction Industry’. In September, DL E&C entered into a ‘voluntary agreement to resolve polarization’ in collaboration with the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, planning to run a win-win program to support small and medium-sized partner companies worth KRW114.5 billion over the next 3 years.

Notably, DL E&C has recently been focusing on enhancing the quality and safety management of its partner companies. In addition to providing smart construction technology to its partner companies to improve their work efficiency and productivity, DL E&C provides training for business areas such as management innovation, quality, safety and environment to bolster their capabilities. DL E&C is also steadily conducting joint research on win-win cooperation with its partner companies for quality improvement.
Ahn Ji-Hoon, Head of the Outsourced Purchasing Department at DL E&C, said, “Improving the competitiveness of our partner companies ultimately leads to our highest quality. We will continue to expand and operate out industry’s highest level of win-win growth program.”
