PC integrating structure design and construction
Technology
overview
- The PC integrating structure by which construction period reduction and required manpower minimization can be achieved through the dry method of construction work is being reviewed. PC double beam, apartment hybrid PC system, and stairs system were also developed. The double beam PC structure is easy to apply to structures with high floor level and huge live load such as logistics centers. The hybrid PC system is a construction method for minimization of labor by which quick and convenient construction of apartment complex underground parking lot with competitive cost can be performed. The COSEC stairs system is a construction method that achieves quality improvement and construction period reduction by making the stairs PC upon core pre-construction of a high-rise building.

Mushroom Slab Shear Reinforcement

- As a plane truss-type shear reinforcing method to reinforce the slab-column copula of the reinforced concrete mushroom slab structure that is weak to shearing, the technology contributes to structural resistance performance in case of direct shear destruction and imbalance moment. Even after concrete slab damage, independent structural behavior is possible.

Low-carbon concrete
