DL E&C’s ‘e-Pyeonhansesang’ recorded the highest number of apartment-application nationwide and in Gangdong-gu, Seoul this year.

DL E&C announced on the 25th that its ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County’ in Geomdan New City, Incheon, succeeded in closing the apartment-application earlier this month with a competition rate of up to 35 to 1, while its ‘Lake Park Nature & e-Pyeonhansesang’ in Dongtan, Gyeonggido, and ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One’ recorded the highest number of applications nationwide and Gangdong-gu, Seoul this year.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s application website, 554 households of Lake Park Nature & e-Pyeonhansesang in Dongtan were swamped with 133,042 first priority apartment-applications, excluding special supply, which was held on the 24th and recorded an average competition rate of 240.15 to 1. This was the highest number of applications received for apartment complexes supplied nationwide this year. The highest competition rate came from the 95m2A type of area for exclusive use, which recorded 430.4 to 1. The competition rate for such apartment type reached 1902.6 to 1 in Gyeonggi-do.
‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestige One’, which was released in Cheonho New Town, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, also recorded the highest number of applications out of the five apartment complexes supplied in Gangdong-gu this year. 133 households of apartments (excluding specual supply) were swamped with 11,437 first priority apartment-applications, recording an average competition rate of 86 to 1. Especially, 59m2A type of area for exclusive use recorded the highest competition ratio of 595 to 1.
