DL E&C announced on the 8th that it has opened and now offers the second phase of the Construction Shared Growth Management Course, which was introduced for the first time in the industry last year.

This course, created by DL E&C, is a graduate school education support program through an educational partnership agreement with Chung-Ang University. CEOs of selected companies by discipline from Hansup Partners, DL E&C's outstanding business partners, will participate in this program.   Last year, 20 business partners successfully participated in and completed the first course.

This year's second course will be held at Chung-Ang University for 15 weeks from September to December.  The company incorporated the reviews of the first participants and structured this course with subjects to enhance the expertise of business partners, including construction industry-tailored subjects, construction trends, and how to respond to changes in the business environment.

DL E&C offers industry-leading shared growth programs for business partners to strengthen ESG management. The company is improving business partners' productivity by providing smart construction technology support to them, including a construction win-win growth management course, while also promoting waste reduction activities. The company conducts safety experience training and meetings for CEOs of business partners every year and selects and awards business partners that have achieved excellent performance at the end of every year.

Ahn Ji-hoon, head of DL E&C's Subcontracting and Procurement, said, “Through the Graduate School Construction Management Program, we will share the latest construction trends with our partner companies and provide management insights,” and added, “We will continue to develop and implement diverse win-win policies that can solidify our mutual growth relationship with our business partners.”

Meanwhile, DL E&C received the highest rating for three consecutive years under the Shared Growth Index Assessment announced by the Korean Commissions for Corporate Partnership last year. In addition, the company has been recognized for its efforts in shared growth, receiving the highest rating for two consecutive years under the Mutual Cooperation Evaluation between Construction Companies category announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport this year.
