 DL E&C is planning to sell ‘e-Pyeonansesang Well County’ in Geomdan district in September.

Incheon Housing and City Development Corporation (‘IHCDC’) and DL E&C consortium plan to sell e-Pyeonansesang Well County in Geomdan district in September. This apartment complex, located in Block AA10-1, Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, will be developed as a large complex of 1,458 households in total, consisting of 14 buildings (including 3 terraces) with 2 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors, and exclusive use of 59~104m2. The number of households by exclusive use is 271 households of 59m2 A, 312 households of 59m2 B, 393 households of 84m2 A, 50 households of 84m2 B, 124 households of 84m2 C, 14households of 84m2 T, 2 households of 84m2 PH, 196 households of 104m2 A and 96 households of 104m2 B, consisting of a variety of housing types that expand choice for customers. 
 
e-Pyeonansesang Well County in Geomdan a private participation public housing project jointly implemented by IHCDC and DL E&C consortium (DL E&C and 5 other companies). These are public apartments built on public housing site, and will be supplied at a reasonable sale price compared to the market price due to the application of a sale price cap system. In addition, it is highly anticipated by the actual housing demanders because of the excellent workmanship of DL E&C, a private construction company. 
 
The apartment complex consists of public housing units of 85m2 or less (59m2 to 84m2) and private housing units of over 84m2 (104m2). Geomdan New Town, where e-Pyeonansesang Well County will be located, is a self-sufficient complex town that combines educational, administrative and business functions, and is being developed in three phases. According to Incheon City, all phases are scheduled to be completed in December of this year, and once development is completed, it is planned to accommodate a total of 76,695 households and 187,076 people. Among them, a residential town with a total of 33,320 households is being built in the first phase of Geomdan, and various infrastructure, including education, shopping, culture and medical care, are already in place, so e-Pyeonhansesang Well County in Geomdan can conveniently enjoy the completed infrastructure as soon as you move in.
 
There is the largest central commercial district on the west side of the complex in Geomdan New Town, so you can walk to restaurants, hospitals and banks. According to Incheon City, as part of measures for improving Geomdan New Town’s wide-area transportation, ‘Wondang-Taeri Expressway’ is underway, targeting to complete in July 2024. Once the expressway will be completed and connect Dream-ro to national highway 39, it is expected to significantly shorten the time to enter and exit Gochon IC (toward Seoul Olympic Highway) from Geomdan New Town, making it possible to travel to Yeouido in 30 minutes.
 
Besides, intercity buses heading for Gangnam and Seoul Station are running in front of the apartment complex. Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, located about 2km away from the apartment complex is used to travel to Gimpo Airport Station in 10 minutes where you can transfer to Subway Line 5 and 9, Airport Railway and Seahae Line.
