DL E&C holds ‘Hansup Partners Day’ for win-win cooperation with partners
On the 11th, the ‘Hansup Partners Day’ event was held at Donuimun, D-Tower, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
On the 11th, DL E&C announced that he held a 'Hansup Partners Day' to select and award partners who have achieved excellent performance during the year 2022 at D Tower Donuimun, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
DL E&C has opened this event every year and selected the best companies among the partners as 'Hansup Partners'. This year, 23 companies were selected as ‘Hansup Best Partners’, the best partner.
These companies are provided with various incentives, such as plaques, welfare points for mutual growth malls, and a 50% reduction in contract performance guarantee rates. In addition, additional benefits such as priority to participate in bidding and exemption from contract performance guarantee are given to suppliers that have achieved the best grade for three consecutive years.
DL E&C is conducting various win-win cooperation programs for partners besides Hansup Partners Day to strengthen ESG management. Last year, for the first time in the industry, it operated the ‘Construction Win-Win Growth Management Course’, a customized graduate school education support program for partner companies.
DL E&C Ahn Ji-hoon, head of the outsourcing purchase office, said, “We will not stop our efforts to grow with our partners based on the management philosophy that ‘the growth of partners leads to the strengthening of DL’s competitiveness.”
