Daelim was selected as the construction company of the Busan Geumjeong-gu Namsan District 1 housing reconstruction and maintenance project. The construction amount is KRW 89.3 billion (VAT-exclusive), and the project involves building 489 units of APTs in 4 buildings with 3 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground. The project is planned to commence in February 2020 and will be completed in August 2022.
