DL holds a Construction Win-Win AMP orientation ceremony at GLAD Hotel Yeouido on the 5th.
DL E&C announced on the 6th that it will open and operate a customized graduate school education support program for partner firms for the first time ever in the construction industry. The company signed an agreement for education cooperation with Chung-Ang University and opened a Construction Win-Win Growth AMP to practice ESG management through consolidation of win-win growth and win-win cooperation with partner firms.
The CEOs of 20 small and medium-sized enterprises selected as excellent partner firms among Hansup partners will participate in the program, which will be operated at Chung-Ang University for 15 weeks from September until December 2022. Program topics consist of understanding of management environment, fostering of crisis management capabilities, and settlement of ESG management so that partner firms’ CEOs can directly apply them to their business management.
DL E&C received the best grade, the highest level in the win-win growth index evaluation, for two consecutive years as recognition of its efforts for win-win growth.
“The education support program will become a good opportunity by which DL E&C and its partner firms can sympathize with the need for ESG management while responding to crises at the same level. We plan to develop and implement various win-win cooperation policies that can cement the growth of partnership between DL E&C and partner firms,” DL E&C Outsourcing Purchase Manager Ahn Ji-hoon said.
