Daelim was selected as a supplier of the Gwacheon Knowledge Town 8BL Knowledge Industry Center ordered as a private-sector contest project by Gwacheon City on February 27. Daelim participates in the construction and development as CI (construction investor). Gwacheon City received letters of intention for participation in 26 knowledge-based industrial sites last November. A total of 441 companies participated in the bid, and a 17:1 competition rate on average was posted. The Daelim consortium has secured the business right for the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town 8BL site. Daelim is scheduled to build a 48,000-pyeong Knowledge Industrial Center (3 floors underground, 15 floors aboveground) at the site.
