 DL E&C held ‘Hansup Partners Day’ to commit mutual growth with partner companies.

DL E&C announced on the 4th that it held ‘Hansup Partners Day’ at the Glad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul on the 29th of last month to select and award the partner companies that have achieved excellent performance in 2023. The event was attended by about 150 people, including the CEOs of the partner companies and the CEO of DL E&C, Ma Chang-Min, its executives and employees.
 
DL E&C announces ‘Hansup Partners’ every year to put mutual growth into practice with the partner companies. This year, a total of 130 partner companies became ‘Hansup Partners’, comprehensively taking into account work performance and contribution to safety and quality. Of these, 22 partner companies were selected as the best partner companies, ‘Hansup Partners’. Hansup best partners receive benefits such as a 50% reduction in the performance bond rate. especially, partner companies selected as Hansup Best Partners for 3 consecutive years receive additional benefits such as priority in bidding participation and exemption from performance bond. 
 
At this event, DL E&C also had a time to communicate with partner companies about overall management issues, including the outlook for construction economy in this year, management strategies and ways to strengthen safety management. In particular, the CEOs of the partner companies expressed their expectations for the production of the integrated work manual led by DL E&C. Since the end of last year, DL E&C, together with its partner companies, has been producing an integrated work manual to review all construction categories and works on site and to establish a new way of working properly from scratch. 
 
Lee Kyu-Hang, the CEO of Gwanak Industry, said in his award acceptance speech, “We’re grateful for DL E&C’s support to secure quality and establish a safety culture.”, and expected, “The production of the integrated work manual will be an opportunity for both DL E&C and its partner companies to secure mid- to long-term development and competitiveness.”
 
Whereas, DL E&C is operating an industry’s top-level win-win growth program for its partner companies in order to enhance ESG management. It is also operating a win-win growth management course for construction industry, targeting the CEOs of its partner companies, providing support for smart construction technology to help them improve productivity while also promoting activities to reduce waste.
 
The CEO of DL E&C, Ma Chang-Min, emphasized the ‘principle of safety first’, and said, “We will strive to create a virtuous cycle of development that increases the competitiveness in both quality and cost for us and our partner companies.”
