Apartment complexes sold by DL E&C this year are continuing to sold out following a streak of successful application by customers.
The consortium of ‘Incheon Housing and City Development Corporation’ and DL E&C announced that all 1,166 national housing units of ‘ePyeonhansesang Geomdan Well County’ were successfully contracted on the 7th. This comes after the sell-out of national housing units following the early sell-out of 292 private housing units, marking the completion of contracts for a total of 1,458 units of large-scale apartment complexes.
As a result of the 1st priority applications held in October, the apartment complex had significant attention that 13,349 applications were received for 622 units (excluding special supplies), setting a record for the highest number of applications in Incheon at the time of presale. The competition rate reached up to 35 to 1, and application of all housing types were closed.
‘ePyeonhansesang Gangdong Prestage One’m which attracted great attention and recorded the highest number of applications in Gangdong-gu, Seoul this year, was also fully sold out after non-priority applications. As a result of the previous non-priority applications, the complex garnered 2,883 applications for 8 apartment units, recording a highest competition rate of 1,017 to 1 and predicted to be sold out.
In the 1st priority applications held in October, the complex received 11,437 applications with an average competition rate of 86 to 1 and a peak competition rate of 595 to 1, setting a record out of the 5 apartment complexes sold in Gangdong-gu this year.
Another apartment complex, ‘Dongtan Lake Part Nature & ePyeonansesang’, which recorded the highest number of applications nationwide this year, is currently in the process of contracting, with 100% of the private housing units sold out first. The apartment complex received a total of 133,042 applications as a result of receiving the 1st priority applications, breaking the record for the largest number of applications this year. Contracts for national housing are scheduled to begin on the 14th, and all contracts are expected to be finalized within this year.

Furthermore, ePyeonhansesang has been ranked 1st in the ‘Smart Apartment’ for 3 consecutive years in a brand survey conducted by Biz Big Data Research Center, and won 2 awards in the design strategy category at the Red Dot Design Award and IDEA Design Award, the world’s top three design awards, this year for the first time in the Korean construction industry.
