Consolidation of Low Price Bid Deliberation System to Prevent Partner Suppliers’ Bankruptcy and Poor Management
DL E&C enforces the low price deliberation system to select suppliers by focusing on quality and performance competencies rather than prices as well as to prevent partner suppliers’ losses, bankruptcy, and poor management problems according to the fierce competition between partner suppliers. We have adjusted our budget to 86% from 82%, so we expect to contribute to the soundness of our partner suppliers.
Operation of Financial Consulting for Partner Suppliers
We offer financial consulting for our partner suppliers to ensure financial safety and prevent problems through the identification of prior risk factors for their financial state diagnosis and future improvement.
Support for Training of Partner Suppliers’ Employees
DL E&C supports its partner suppliers each year by carrying out management innovation, cost savings, labor affairs, safety, and environment education/training for the partner suppliers’ employees so that their competitiveness can be reinforced through capability development.
Expansion of Contribution to Large, Medium, and Small Business Win-Win Cooperation Fund
DL E&C has been supporting the partner suppliers by contributing a win-win cooperation fund to the Large, Medium, and Small Business and Agriculture and Fishery Win-Win Cooperation Foundation since 2013 for the improvement of partner suppliers’ research, HR development, and productivity.
For practical win-win cooperation consolidation, we have sharply increased the contribution amount since 2018 and have expanded activities that can directly help small and medium-sized partner suppliers, such as education/training, technology development, and management support.
