Daelim was selected as a preferred bidder for the private-public sector collaboration Happy Housing construction project on June 27. The construction amount is KRW 213.9 billion (excluding VAT), and the stake of Daelim’s Building Business Division is 30% or KRW 64.2 billion (VAT-exclusive). Bird’s-eye view
The project involves building 1,588 APT units and 212 studio APT units at 1590-1, Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan. The project is slated to kick off in December 2017, and the construction duration is 40 months.
