DL E&C holds a completion ceremony for
‘construction shared growth manager course’ for partner companies
 

It was held at Chung-Ang University University Club in Dongjak-gu, Seoul on the 13th.

DL E&C revealed on the 14th that he held a graduation ceremony for the 'construction win-win growth management course' for partners at Chung-Ang University, Dongjak-GU, Seoul on the 13th.
 
The construction win-win growth management course is a customized graduate school education support program prepared by DL E&C for the first time in the industry. Systematic education was conducted through an educational cooperation agreement with Chung-Ang University.
 
In this program, 20 CEOs of each type participated engineering in the Hansup Partners, which was selected as an excellent partner company by DL E&C. For a total of 15 weeks from September 6th to December 13th, they took education on △mutual growth and fair trade △understanding of changes in the business environment and risk management △ESG management. Despite the busy schedule, all of them completed the course with an attendance rate approaching 100%.
 
Baek Jong-won, CEO of Jineung Construction, who participated in the program conveyed his impressions,  , “Quality education that can be applied directly to the front line of management has been a great help in strengthening our capabilities.” 
 
DL E&C plans to expand and operate various educational support programs for partners, including construction shared growth management courses. Through this, it is a plan to actively realize ESG management by strengthening shared growth and win-win cooperation.
