DL E&C Obtains Construction Right for Sinsung Sinan Ssanyong Jinheung Apartment Complex Remodeling Project in Suwon

DL E&C Housing Biz Division obtained the Sinsung Sinan Ssangyong Jinheung Apartment Complex remodeling project construction right on June 5. With this project, DL E&C has succeeded in winning KRW 540 billion worth of remodeling projects for one month. The contract amount is KRW 392.6 billion (VAT excluded), and its portion is KRW 215.9 billion (VAT excluded). DL E&C and Hyundai Engineering will construct at the ratio of 55:45.
The Suwon apartment remodeling project involves building 1,854 units of APTs with 3 floors underground and 20 floors aboveground and auxiliary welfare facilities at 12, Maeyeong-ro 310-gil, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. The project site has various advantages: excellent broad area transportation access network including station district of Yeongtong Station of Bundang Line and Gyeongbu Expressway, living convenience infrastructure within walking distance including large discount marts and Yeongtong Central Commercial District, and location that is close enough to enable going to school on foot. The project is slated to be commenced in October 2023 and completed in November 2026.
