DL E&C Acquires Leadership A Grade as CDP Climate Change Excellent Company Rating

DL E&C earned a Leadership A grade and got selected as the best company in the construction sector in the CDP Climate Change Excellent Company Awards organized by the Global CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Korea Committee and sponsored by the Ministry of Environment, the National Assembly Forum on Climate Change, and the National Assembly ESG Forum. Leadership Grade A is the highest among 8 grades in all, so DL E&C is number one among Korean construction companies. DL E&C received the grade in recognition of its excellence in carbon emissions target and performance management and risk management in tackling climate change.
CDP is a global nonprofit institution requiring information disclosures related to environmental issues such as climate change, water, and forest resources. CCP offers an annual report on worldwide companies’ environment management information rating and analysis to global finance and investment companies. The report is recognized as the top sustainable rating indicator with the highest reliability. DL E&C voluntarily set a greenhouse gas emissions target, having reduced emissions steadily to ensure competitiveness as a leading company to cope with climate change. We plan to fortify our strategy continuously in coping with climate change for the global 2050 carbon neutral realization and participation in the ESG management expansion basis.
