Daelim Wins the Incheon Shinchon Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project

Daelim announced that it won the Incheon Shinchon Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project on March 30. Daelim won the project by forming a consortium with Lotte E&C, and Daelim’s share is KRW 170.5 billion (VAT-exclusive). The project involves constructing 2,143 units of an apartment complex with 15 buildings (2 floors underground, 40 floors aboveground) at 283-66, Bupyeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. The project is slated to kick off in September 2022 and will be completed in September 2025.
