Won the Grand Prize in “Listed Corporations” category at 9th Audit Awards

Daelim was awarded the Grand Prize in “Listed Corporations” category at the annual auditors’ conference evaluating internal control system and transparent management efforts of each company. The Korea Listed Companies Association (Chairman: Park Seung-bok) held the 12th Annual Conference on September 25, 2008 at 63 Building in Yeoido, Seoul, and bestowed top awards on Daelim and Shinhan Financial Group in “Listed Corporations” category.
Begun in 2000, the Audit Awards have been sponsored by the Korea Listed Companies Association in order to identify and congratulate model companies for demonstrating excellence in auditing. Daelim was highly evaluated for its systematic and independent auditing procedures, including the “Audit Committee” entirely composed of outside directors and “Audit Team” which operates independently of the CEO’s control, as well as for close cooperation with external auditors.
