Daelim was named preferred bidder of the Private Sector-Participating Public Housing Project for Multifunctional Administrative City 4-2 Life Zone L4BL on August 28. The construction amount is KRW 283.1 billion (VAT-inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is KRW 127.4 billion. This private business-participating project was ordered by LH Corporation.
The complex will be built in L-4BL within the 4-2 life zone public housing district in Jibhyeon-ri, Geumnam-myeon, Sejong Special Self-governing City (1,200 households in 18 buildings – 2 basements, 25 floors aboveground). This project will be started in March 2019 and will be completed in June 2021.
