Daelim Wins Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project for Siheung Daeya 3 Yeongnam APT

Daelim unilaterally won the housing reconstruction maintenance project for Siheung Daeya 3 Yeongnam APT on September 2. The KRW 166.3 billion (VAT-exclusive) project involves building 999 units of APTs in 9 buildings (2 basements, 35 floors aboveground) at 284, Daeya-dong, Siheung. The project will be commenced in May 2012 and will be completed in November 2013.
