Daelim was selected as the preferred bidder for the Hanam Gamil B-9 Block Private Sector Participating Public Housing Project on July 25. The contract amount is KRW 169.7 billion (including VAT), and Daelim’s stake is 50% (KRW 85.0 billion).

The project is a private business contest project implemented by Hanam Urban Innovation Corporation. The corporation provides land, with private businesses including Daelim taking charge of housing design, construction, and sales.
Located in B-9BL in the Gamil Public Housing District in Gamee-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, the complex will consist of 866 households in 6 buildings (2 floors underground, 29 floors aboveground). The project is slated to kick off in April 2019 and will be completed in July 2021.
