Daelim won the housing redevelopment and maintenance project in West Daegu district on June 30. The contract amount is KRW 573.2 billion (VAT-exclusive), and it is a public sector-supported, private sector-leased linked maintenance project. Daelim will be in charge of construction, and Daelim AMC will take charge of rental and operation.
The project involves building 2,871 units in an APT complex with 25 buildings each with 2 floors underground and 36 floors aboveground at 1354-1, Pyeongri-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City. The project will be commenced in August 2021 and will be completed in April 2024.
