Daelim bagged the Phase 1 and Section 1 Construction Project of Nam Port Hinterland (Aam Logistics Complex 2) ordered by the Public Procurement Service on June 20. The project involves improving weak ground and building roads to develop the site at 297, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon around Incheon Port as a logistics site.
Although many things are brought into the Incheon Port and Incheon Port International Passenger Terminal, additional hinterland has not been supplied since 2008; hence the lack of logistics site. The contract amount is KRW 32.3 billion (VAT included), with Daelim and Yeongdong having stakes of 75% (KRW 24.2 billion) and 25% (KRW 8.1 billion), respectively. The construction period is 30 months from the construction commencement date.
