Accomplished the MC of the No.2 HOU (E) Project for Hyundai Oilbank
On January 15, 2011, Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. finished the mechanical completion (MC) of the HOU Project which was begun on October 24, 2008. MC is quite meaningful as it is a point where the plant is virtually capable of producing goods before an official commercial operation. The HOU Project is to build facilities to turn B-C oil into high-value-added oil. The company advanced the date of completion from February 28 to January 15, 2011 by 1.5 months. The main construction work is evaluated to have reached MC in the shorted period among similar advanced facility projects in Korea after overcoming a lot of difficulties such as bad weather and a labor strike.
