Won the Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit
on the 2010 Overseas Plant Construction Day
The ceremony for the 2010 Overseas Plant Construction Day was held at Construction Center in Nonhyeon-dong on December 7, 2010. The ceremony marked its fourth anniversary and awarded 49 people who contributed to Korea’s reaching a record amount of orders in 2010 with the participation of Prime Minister Kim Hwang-Shik, the minister of land, transport and maritime affairs and about 500 people in the overseas construction industry. CEO Kim Jong-In won the Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit while Kim Yun-Seop, an executive director of the Plant Business Division received a letter of commendation from the Prime Minster. Manager Lee Jeong-seop of the Saudi YERP-4 Site Preparation Team took home a letter of commendation from the minister of land, transport and maritime affairs. CEO Kim Jong-In, Executive Director Kim Yun-seop and Manager Lee Jeong-Seop expressed their genuine thanks for employees toiling at construction sites. These honors will be a good momentum for the company to grow into a global leader in the world construction market, they said.
