Start the Construction of Jubail Export Refinery-2B Project in Saudi Arabia

The construction of Jubail Export Refinery-2B project started in 1 April. In spite of rough weather, several VIPs including Mr. Edouard Bensed of the project owner ASTORP, members of JMC (Jubail Management Committee) and top management of project partners KCC and NSH attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
This project is to build the Package 2B facilities of Jubail Export Refinery on a EPC lump sum turnkey base, and they will be delivered to project owner by February 2013 after trial operation.
