On March 19, the 63rd general shareholders’ meeting was held at the auditorium of our headquarter building in Susong-dong.
Daelim’s officials including Chairman, Yong-Koo Lee, and President, Jong-In Kim, and shareholders attended the meeting, and it was followed by reporting on the number of shareholders and shares, message from the chairman, reporting on operating results and resolution of items on the agenda.
The items on the agenda included the approval of statements of financial position, statements of income and appropriation of retained earnings for the 63rd fiscal year, nomination of directors and Audit Committee members, and the approval of the remuneration limit of directors.
