Workshop for Foreign Employees held by Global Personnel Team

Global Personnel Team held a 2-day workshop for employees at HQ at Suamwon from February 5 to 6.
17 engineers of India, Philippines and China currently working at HQ participated in the workshop consisting of programs such as the prospect of plant projects, development of creativity, ‘Samulnori’ and understanding of Korean culture. Despite of its first event, the workshop was a great success resulting from proactive participation of HQ foreign employees.
The attending foreign employees not only improved their work capacity and understanding of the company but also broadened their grasp about Korean traditional culture. This special experience is expected to enforce the employees’ competence in conducting works at company.
