Daelim was chosen as the Company in the construction industry on last January 27 at Human Resources Excellence Awards held at Dasan Hall of the Korea Economic Daily (KED). Human Resources Excellence Awards, hosted by the Korea Economic Daily, selects and awards the best entrepreneur, private company, municipality, public company that accomplished a great performance in recruiting, training and managing personnel who fits in the company’s features.
Daelim was awarded in recognition of its developing core leaders of company through Talent Development Program, which was designed in consideration of special features of the construction industry that produces the final products in cooperation of people, equipment and supplies. This award has especially valuable meaning to our company because all the awarded companies have strong workplace attractiveness that draws lots of the talent to company.
