DL E&C expands ‘Psychological Counseling Service for its Employees’.

DL E&C announced on the 19th that it is continuing to provide its employees with “psychological counseling services” to support their psychological stability and emotional recovery. In particular, since last year, the scope of counseling, which was previously limited to employees themselves, has been expanded to include their spouses, children and other family members in order to address psychological difficulties in all aspects of work and life.
DL E&C's psychological counseling service is a system designed to provide professional psychological counseling for various concerns, including everyday stress, work-related conflicts, interpersonal relationships within the organization, and family issues. Employees and their families, who wish to receive counseling, can apply for the service through a simple procedure. Counseling can be conducted in person, via video conference, or by phone. Up to eight sessions per year are provided free of charge, and all counseling sessions are strictly confidential and anonymous.
DL E&C also provides psychological counseling services in foreign language to its foreign employees. This approach meticulously addresses the emotional challenges and cultural unfamiliarity that foreign employees may face while living in a foreign country. Last year, the company also launched an “on-site psychological counseling service” at all domestic sites.
DL E&C believes that these counseling programs contribute not only to the emotional stability of employees, but also to the increased work engagement and the spread of a positive communication culture within the organization. Accordingly, the company plans to steadily expand its emotional well-being programs, focusing on psychological counseling services.
