DL E&C announced on the 14th that it has been selected as the builder for the housing reconstruction and refurbishment project in Jayang District 7, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The construction cost is estimated at around KRW360.7 billion.
The reconstruction project in Jayang District 7 is a project to build 826 apartments and auxiliary welfare facilities in 464-40, Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. DL E&C acquired the exclusive construction rights at general meeting of Jayang District 7 Association held on the 12th.
Jayang District 7 is a project site adjacent to the Han River and Ttukseom Hangang Park.
It boasts strong transportation infrastructure, including Jayang Station on the Subway Line 7, Konkug University Station on the Subway Line 2, Yeongdong Bridge, Cheongdam Bridge and Gangbyeonbuk-ro. It has also abundant living infrastructure, including Lotte Department Store, Star City Mall, E-Mart, and Seongsu Station and Konkuk University Stations, which are representative commercial districts in Seoul. Various school districts, such as Shinja Elementary School, Dongja Elementary School, Shinyang Elementary School, Jayang Middle and High School, are located within walking distance, making it highly attractive to potential buyers.
DL E&C proposed ‘eLife Gwangjin River Garden’ as a new complex name for Jayang District 7. The name reflects the intention to build a new landmark that can enjoy the location of the Han River and Ttukseom Hangang Park at the same time.
‘eLifre Gwangjin River Garden’ will feature a symbolic exterior design centered on triple landmark tower that emphasizes vertical beauty, with the addition of a frame design that captures the Han River.
It also reflects the high-level design, including dePOEM park, e-Pyeonsesang’s special landscaping brand that enhances the quality of the complex, 23 diverse community facilities, Sky Community that maximizes the view of the Han River, and 100% expandable premium parking spaces. The project will also adopt the industry’s top-level technologies, such as noise reduction system, smart construction, cutting-edge construction management.
