Daelim won the Sindang District 8 Housing Redevelopment and Reorganization Project on April 27. The contract amount is KRW 308.3 billion (VAT-exclusive), and Daelim will implement the project alone.
This project involves building an APT complex with 1,244 units in 11 buildings (5 floors underground, 28 floors aboveground) at around 321, Sindang 4-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul. It is scheduled to kick off in December 2020 and will be completed in September 2023.
