The complex to be located at 372-18, Dohwa-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon will consist of 14 buildings and 2,267 APT units and 52 studio APT units with 3 floors underground and 40 floors aboveground. The complex is in double subway line No. 1 and Incheon subway line No. 2 influence area, and access to Seoul is expected to be improved when GTX is opened in the future. Construction is planned to commence in July 2020 and will be completed in July 2023.
