Daelim was selected as the preferred bidder for the Residential Environmental Improvement Project in Anyang Naengcheon District ordered by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation on March 9. As the residential environment improvement project initially carried out by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation, it consists of 4 blocks, 19 buildings, and 2,322 APT units with 2 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground at 618, Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang City.
The project cost is KRW 444.9 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 70% (KRW 311.4 billion). After project execution authorization in October 2018 and management and disposal authorization in November 2019, the project is slated to kick off in February 2021 and is expected to be completed in November 2023.
