Daelim bagged the Neunggok District 5 Housing Redevelopment Project on July 9. Daelim formed a consortium with Hyundai Development Company, and the total contract amount is KRW 445.0 billion; Daelim’s stake is KRW 213.6 billion (excluding VAT).
The project involves newly building 25 buildings for 2,525 APT units with 2 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground at 402, Todang-dong, Deukyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The construction will be commenced in November 2018 and will be completed in May 2021.
