Daelim Wins Hwaseong Dongtan Logistics Center Project
Daelim signed the contract for the construction of Hwaseong Dongtan Logistics Center (Blocks A and B) on March 4, 2016. The total construction amount is KRW 435.6 billion (VAT-inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 51% (KRW 222.1 billion).
The project is adjacent to Dongtan 2nd New Town and is Korea’s largest logistics center with total site area of 473,913㎡ and total floor area of 870,177㎡. Daelim will construct two buildings — Blocks A and B — with 2 floors underground and 4 floors aboveground; construction duration is 33 months.
