Daelim Signs Contract for Hanam Misa 9th Block Studio APT Project
Daelim signed on February 23 a contract to build studio APTs in the 9th Block of Hanam Misa District. The contract amount is KRW 69.3 billion (VAT excluded), and the project will have a total of 554 units in buildings consisting of 6 floors underground and 28 floors aboveground.
The construction site is located about 5 minutes away from the Misa Station of subway line No. 5; thus, transportation is convenient. The view is also splendid due to its proximity to the lake park. Commencing in April 2016, the project is expected to be completed in March 2019.
