Daelim’s ePyeonhan Sesang Gimpo Han River APT complex 2 was completed on February 25, 2014. The APT complex, located in Gimpo Han River New Town, Gyeonggi-do, houses 559 units in 5 buildings with 1 floor underground and 20~29 floors aboveground. The APT complex consists of a large-scale APT complex with a total of 1,726 units and the e-Pyeonhan Sesang APT Complex 1 completed in March 2013.Specifically, Daelim recorded 3.8 million accident-free man-hours (four times) for 44 months, from June 2010 when the APT Complex 1 construction kicked off to February 2014 when the APT Complex 2 was completed; thus making the completion more meaningful.
