DL E&C is scheduled for presale of ‘Acro de Seocho’ in October.

DL E&C announced on the 22nd that it plans to supply “Acro de Seocho” in the area around 1333 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, in October. The complex will consist of 16 apartment buildings, ranging from 4 basement levels to 39 floors above ground, offering a total of 1,161 units with area for exclusive use of 59 to 170 square meters. Of these, 56 units (59m2 type) will be offered for general presale.
 
‘Acro de Seocho’ is an apartment complex which is redeveloped the 1st and 2nd Shindonga apartment complexes, one of the five representative redevelopment projects in Seocho-dong. It is located in the heart of Gangnam-gu, and offers excellent residential environment, including transportation, schools and living facilities. Furthermore, the complex stands out for its differentiated commercial value as a DL E&C’s high-end brand, “Acro”. Especially, it will also be offered at reasonable price under Korea’s presale price cap system.
 
▣ An apartment complex accessible to double station on Subway Line 2 and Shinbundang Line, offering excellent living and educational environment
‘Acro de Seocho’ is located approximately 600m in a straight-line distance from Gangnam Station on Subway Line 2 and Shinbundang Line. It is also close to Gyodae Station on Subway Line 2 and 3, and Yangjae Station on Subway Line 2. Acro de Seocho’s future value is expected to grow as several large-scale development projects continue in its vicinity. One of these is the “Seoripul Complex Development” Project which is currently underway on the site of the former Korea Defense Intelligence Command. According to Seoul Metropolitan Government and Seocho-gu Office, the site will be transformed into a mixed-use business complex featuring an art gallery, museum and performance hall. Completion is targeted for 2030.
 
Another noteworthy project is the undergrounding of the Gyeongbu Expressway (Yangjae-Hannam). Once completed, it is expected to alleviate chronic traffic congestion from Jamwon IC to the southern end of Hannam Bridge, reducing travel times. The undergrounding will allow for the creation of a pedestrian-friendly, eco-friendly cultural complex above ground.

▣ Innovative technology is introduced to minimize inter-floor nose, and energy-saving system is applied.
Acro de Seoch will feature the ‘D-Silent Floor’ to greatly reduce inter-floor noise. This technology is a floor structure designed to reduce the inter-floor noise, which incorporates DL E&C’s proprietary innovative technologies, including finishing mortar and cushioning materials that minimize noise and vibration. Additionally, the complex will introduce the ‘D-Silence Service’, an inter-floor noise alert system. This service automatically sends a notification to wall pad when a sensor installed in the apartment living room detects floor vibration above a certain threshold. This service not only prevents inter-floor noise but also provides substantial assistance in resolving disputes among neighbors. 
 
Furthermore, the complex will be equipped with an automatic food waste transport system (small-capacity inlet) within each unit for convenient processing. Energy-saving systems, such as geothermal system and solar power generation system, will also be applied to reduce utility costs for shared and community facilities. 
 
Additionally, Acro de Seoch offers ample parking space – 1.58 vehicles per unit (varies by complex) – which is exceptional in Gangnam. The parking lot is linked to a smart system to apply ‘AI-based Parking Guidance and Control System’ that facilitate convenient parking.
 
An official from DL E&C said, “Acro de Seocho is the final redevelopment project among the so-called “Eagle Five in the Seocho 2-dong’, and have attracted strong interest from customers. Just as Acro has set benchmarks in Gangnam’s housing market, we will strive to create another new milestone with this project.”
Meanwhile, Acro de Seocho will operate a cyber housing exhibition hall. Occupancy is scheduled for January 2029.
