DL E&C Conducted an ESG Training Program for All Employees


 
- An yearly program to enhance the level of understanding and awareness on ESG management. 
- Seeks sustainable growth while enhancing the capabilities of all employees through the internalization of ESG.
 
On 22nd, DL E&C announced that it conducted an ESG (Environment, Society, and Governance) training program for its employees. This training program has been developed in order to enhance the level of understanding of ESG management among its employees while enriching the awareness of sustainable business management.
 
This program, provided on-line, was composed of five subjects. Starting with the understanding of the concepts and purposes of ESG management, the training program covered the key points in the environment, society, and government sectors, such as climate change, net zero, safety, human rights, the roles of the Board of Directors, etc. In addition, the program also covered the ESG Global Initiative, sustainable management report, and other practical information on the ESG.
 
DL E&C has been pursuing its ESG management goals, which are ‘sustainable green construction,’ ‘honoring social responsibilities,’ and ‘conducting our businesses in a responsible manner,’ under its ESG vision of Sustainable Global Developer. The company obtained an ‘AA’ rating for its CP (Compliance Program), along with other achievements such as the highest ratings for the win-win strategy index and maintaining the certificate for a family-friendly company for four years. Also, the company has been disclosing its ESG management performances in a transparent manner through the publication of its sustainable management report. With such efforts, DL E&C has obtained remarkable results, such as being included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices Korea for two years in a row and being rated ‘A’ in the KCGS assessment for three years in a row, in the assessment for sustainability by domestic and international organizations.
