1. Designing and Construction Technologies for Rapid Construction (OSC and Ground Improvement)
The Off-Site-Construction method (OSC) is a construction methodwhere construction elements are constructed outside of the construction site, later to be transported to the site and assembled.
As a departure from the previous paradigm where all construction works had to be done at the site, the new method can respond to external factors (such as climate change or decrease of available labor force, etc.)
OSC method is bringing forth innovative changes, ranging from the prevention of accidents, enhancement of building qualities, reeducation of construction time, and even decreasing carbon footprints.
