DL E&C announced on the 18th that it had received a plaque of appreciation from the prospective residents' association (hereinafter referred to as “PRA”) of “e-Pyeonhansesang The Ocean Luce” in Guam-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do, in recognition of its outstanding construction quality and realization of customer satisfaction.

 

“e-Pyeonhansesang The Ocean Luce” in Gunsan-si consists of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 underground floors to 29 above-ground floors, with 800 apartment units sized between 84 to 155m2. DL E&C began construction in October 2022 and successfully completed this complex in July.

 

PRA gave a favorable comment on the superior quality of the apartments at a recent quality inspection event held after the completion of this complex, and delivered a plaque of appreciation to the construction company, DL E&C.

 

An official from PRA said, “During the quality inspection event jointly hosted by the Jeonbuk Provincial Office’s quality inspection team and PRA, the number of complaints was exceptionally low, compared to other complexes in the province. We delivered a plaque of appreciation to express our trust and satisfaction with their meticulous construction and rigorous quality control.”

 

In fact, DL E&C actively utilized cutting-edge construction technologies throughout the construction process, including AI (Artificial Intelligence), BIM (Building Information Modeling) and drones, to ensure the highest quality. DL E&C also designated hold points at each stage of construction and conducted thorough full inspections and rigorous quality control to complete a luxurious apartment complex.
