The Anseong-Guri Expressway Section 11 Site received a citation as an excellent construction site from Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC) on April 25. KEC chose 57 sites to be evaluated in January this year (excluding completed sites) and conducted an overall evaluation on construction quality, safety, and environment.
As a result, the Anseong-Guri Expressway Section 11 Site was selected as an excellent site, having received the second highest score among 30 initial-stage sites. The awarded companies can get incentives such as design change consultation unit price privilege and written warning reduction (PQ score reduction) for a year.
Section 11 is building an 8.6km expressway including 1 tunnel (8.35km) between Ganhyeon-dong, Seongnam and Gami-dong, Hanam, Gyeonggi Province. Daelim’s stake is 45%, and Samho’s stake is 6%. The project was commenced in April 2017 and is set to be completed in December 2022.
