Daelim won the Saemangeum-Jeonju Expressway construction project (section 7) ordered by Korea Expressway Corp. on May 4. The contract amount is KRW 170.2 billion (VAT-inclusive), and Daelim’s stake is 80% (KRW 136.2 billion).
This project involves building an expressway from Gui-myeon, Wanju-gun to Wansan-gu, Jeonju, Jeonbuk. Daelim will be in charge of building a road with total length of 4.28km including 12 bridges (2,691m) with ramps, 2 tunnels (2,627m), and 1 intersection. Construction is expected to take 7 years from the construction commencement date.
