DL E&C Secures Construction Right for Sanbon and Yulgok Complex 3 Remodeling Project

DL E&C Housing Biz Division secured the construction right for the Sanbon Yulgok Complex 3 remodeling project on June 2. With contract amount of KRW 495.1 billion (VAT exclusive), this large-scale project involves newly building 2,348 units of APTs. The project is slated to kick off in November 2023. The site is located within the Sanbon Station district, and living infrastructure is outstanding because it is close to the Sanbon central commercial district and large discount marts. The project site is expected to turn into a representative apartment complex of Sanbon ePyunhan Sesang remodeling town alongside Sanbon Ureuk Jugong Complex 7. 3D picture
