DL E&C’s Housing Biz Division secured the remodeling project construction right for Sanbon Wooreuk LH Complex 7 on May 1. The project involves remodeling the existing 1,321-unit complex into a 1,508-unit complex. The project site is located next to Sanbon Station. The living infrastructure is outstanding with Sanbon Rodeo Street and a large discount mart nearby. The project amount is KRW 325.5 billion (VAT exclusive), and the project will start in August 2023.
