DL E&C Selected as the Preferred Bidder
for the Bokjeong Station Transfer Center Complex Development Project

The DL E&C consortium was selected on April 21 as the preferred bidder of the KRW 1.5 trillion Bokjeong Station Transfer Center Complex Development Project in Songpa-gu, Seoul. In the consortium, Woomi Construction, Mokyang Architects & Engineers, and Cape Investment & Securities participated aside from DL E&C. The consortium will confirm the final business plan through negotiations with SH Corporation and sign the formal contract. Construction will kick off in the first half of 2023 through an authorization procedure and will take four years.
The project involves constructing complex buildings including residential, commercial, and business facilities with total floor area of 300,000㎡ at 600-2 and 592-5, Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. APTs and business facilities (studio APTs and offices), commercial facilities with 4 floors underground and 15 floors aboveground, and transfer parking lots are slated to be built. Business and commercial facilities will be supplied to the public, and 50% of APTs will be operated for 10 years as a public-supported private rental housing. The remaining half of the APTs will be bought by SH and operated as public rental housing.
