Daelim won the reconstruction project around 136, Munjeong-dong on May 26, participating in the project through the consortium with Hyundai Engineering. The total contract amount is KRW 243.2 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim’s stake is KRW 119.1 billion.
The project involves constructing 14 buildings consisting of 1,265 units of APTs with 2 floors underground and 18 floors aboveground around 136, Munjeong-dong. It is planned to be commenced in January 2020 and to be completed in May 2022.
