DL E&C’s e-Pyeonhansesang housing exhibition hall attempted a new change once again. DL E&C, which is always on the customer’s side and attentive to their needs, becomes a game changer of housing market, transforming the housing exhibition hall, which is the first face-to-face meeting place with housing consumers as well as a key space for presales marketing, into a space for experiencing the new brand.

Moving away from the conventional ‘model house’ of the construction company focused only on delivering information with a supplier-centered mindset, e-Pyeonhansesang just gave the ‘model house’ the name of ‘Housing Exhibition Hall’ in order to transform it into a customer-centered and experience-oriented space that showcases lifestyle.

As such, the housing exhibition hall of e-Pyeonhansesang is not simply a space for selling houses, but a space that proposes a new lifestyle and residential culture, and is leading the industry, continuously repeating changes and focusing on customer experiences and service satisfaction.

▣ e-Pyeonhansesang brand, which puts much value on customer experience, leads residential culture with new attempts every time.

In general, model houses of construction companies have been focused on delivering one-sided presale information and have been passive in delivering sufficient experience and providing convenience for residential space. They have been perceived as noisy and complicated spaces where it is difficult to fully concentrate on the important experience of the house we will live in due to the sound of microphones from employees here and there.

DL E&C has been seeking to change the housing exhibition hall since 2017. e-Pyeonhansesang has been paying attention to the changes in the space for viewing houses before others, and above all things, taking the lead in creating a space to satisfy the customer experience of the entire lifestyle, not just a residential product. The Company studies new spaces and contents, paying attention to the facial expressions and behaviors of customers visiting the housing exhibition hall, as well as continuing to make differentiated attempts in order to provide experiences that focus on the information about customers need and create a novel perception of residential culture.

For instance, the housing exhibition hall of e-Pyeonhansesang has the characteristics of enhancing convenience for customer’s viewing and applying the techniques of art museums and exhibitions. The consultation space is also designed as a cozy and independent one in the form of individual booths to increase the concentration of consultation, and family consultation seats for customers with children are also installed to enhance the convenience of customers accompanying children so that customers can focus more on the information they want in a comfortable environment.

Starting with ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County’ opened on the 5th, the housing exhibition center of e-Pyeonhansesang, as a space where customers can make decisions on their residence and life, has enhanced its presentation style to allow customers to spend sufficient time and focus on viewing. The model zone is configured to allow visitors to look into complex model as if they appreciate a work of art, along with videos that allows them to experience the four seasons of dePoem, the premium landscaping brand of e-Pyeonhansesang.

In the household zone, visitors can check various types of households and additional options. The customer language containing the features of each household type allows you to compare the characteristics of various household floor plans in an intuitive manner, and videos of C2 house and smart home, which are customer-specific designs applied to the complex, introduce DL E&C’s unique technology and lifestyle, as well as deliver visual enjoyment. Finishing materials are also placed within reach of customers’ hands and eyes, allowing them to touch and decide for themselves.

Additionally, illustrations that embody the differentiated product values of e-Pyeonhansesang are displayed in various places from the entrance to the housing exhibition hall to the waiting area for consultations, conveying the ambiance of being in an art museum. The cafeteria has an interior reminiscent of a high-end hotel lobby, gives a sense of luxury with the food and beverage services completed in collaboration with brand coffee, and provides a more elegant atmosphere while waiting for consultation, thereby enhancing the credibility of the e-Pyeonhansesang brand and complex.

e-Pyeonhansesang’s new visual series, ‘e-Life Essential’, was also unveiled, staring with ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County’. The first series of delicate and emotional illustrations used e-Pyeonhansesang’s differentiated exterior design, landscaping and communities to depict the overall appearance of the brand town like a wallpaper. This visual series captures the perspective that the ‘life’ of customers living in e-Pyeonhansesang is just an ‘artwork’. Attractive illustrations, which were created in collaboration with various domestic and international artists under the theme of ‘For Excellent Life’, the brand’s key value, will be sequentially released at various online and offline customer contact points, along with the upcoming residential complexes.

▣ Housing exhibition hall was unveiled at e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County for the first time. The contents for upgrading e-Pyeonhansesang will be improved continuously.

DL E&C plans to continuously promote its differentiated spatial philosophy and brand identity representing the lifestyle of e-Pyeonhansesang through its revamped housing exhibition hall and visuals. Furthermore, the Company intends to continually upgrade the experiential design at various customer touchpoints, ranging from presale marketing to move-in services, to further lead the brand’s upscaling.

As customers’ preference for trustworthy bands is increasing amid the unstable situation in the real estate market, the renovation of this housing exhibition hall, as an element for strengthening the brand experience, is expected to be an opportunity for e-Pyeonhansesang to take off once again as a premium brand.

An official from DL E&C said, “We believe that the housing exhibition hall is valuable as a place where customers ‘stay’ and where they experience our brand for the first time, just as much valuable as the place called ‘home’ where customers live. We hope it becomes a space not just for obtaining presale information, but for experiencing new lifestyle trends and e-Pyeonhansesang brand value.”

Whereas, e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County making its debut as a newly renovated housing exhibition hall is attracting attention as the first branded apartment of a major construction company in Namsan-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, Korea. In particular, in addition to the brand premium of e-Pyeonhansesang, which has been ranked as No. 1 smart apartment (a survey conducted by the Biz Big Data Research Center) for 3 consecutive years, it is more eye-catching because of its preferred location in flat land of this region and its location close to Dusil Station on Busan Subway Line 1.

Additionally, the innovative design of ‘C2 House’, which integrates DL E&C’s own technology and knowhow, will be applied for the first time in Geumjeong-gu, including indoor golf driving range, lounge café and other high-quality community facilities. e-Pyeonhansesang Geumjeong Maison County is an apartment complex supplied by the housing reconstruction and refurbishing project in Namsan District 1, Busan, and will consist of 415 households in total, including 4 buildings of 3 basement levels and 30 stories high. The 1st round of application will be held today and the 2nd round on Wednesday, July 17th.
