DL E&C Acquires Family-friendly Certification

DL E&C announced that it acquired family-friendly company certification on Dec. 3. Having been relaunched this year, the company acquired the first family-friendly company certification based on its excellent family-friendly management operating system.
The family-friendly company certification is awarded by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family through screening to companies operating a family-friendly system in a model method including support for child birth and child rearing, flexible working system, and family-friendly workplace culture shaping. DL E&C acquired the family-friendly company certification through field screening in September starting from document screening in June.
DL E&C is operating diverse programs for its employees’ families. It is hosting an annual “Healing Camp” wherein employees can enjoy together with their parents and children. Educational and performance programs are provided for children in cooperation with Daelim Museum.
In addition, we are assisting in family medical care expenses and providing disease subsidies, congratulatory money for multichild delivery, and school tuition support for children. We are making efforts to promote employees’ work-life balance through the operation of daycare centers within workplaces and flexible working system.
“We are operating various family-friendly programs and systems so that our employees can harmoniously perform home life and work life together. We will continue institutional support to shape a family-friendly corporate culture and back it up,” a source at DL E&C said.
